Happy Monday, Joyful Thanksgiving!

Last year about this time, I got a text from my brother Rob which said among other things, "Happy National Over-Eater's Week."  I laughed at the truthful irony of his observation.  

This year I am praying that Thanksgiving sees all of us leaving a little room in our lives for grateful awareness of our treasures. 

May God grant that today begins the giving of thanks in your heart, and that this week be filled with the joy of gratitude.
